Terms of Service — Null Expanse
Effective 25 October 2026.
The game
Null Expanse is an online game by Space Junk Industries. It is in development: content, rules and balance will change, test data may be reset before launch, and features may be added or removed. We will say so when a reset is planned.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for what happens on your account. One person per account; up to the number of pilots the game allows. Don't share accounts or use someone else's.
Fair play
No bots, automation tools, multiboxing to gain advantage, exploits, cheating, or attacking the service. Keep chat civil: no harassment, hate, threats, scams or illegal content. We may warn, mute, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and you can appeal by email.
Virtual items and purchases
In-game credits, items, ships and cosmetics have no real-world value and cannot be sold or traded outside the game. Any purchases are made through Google Play under its terms; purchased items are licensed to your account, not owned. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.
Content
The game, its art, names and sounds belong to Space Junk Industries or its licensors. Names and messages you create must not infringe others' rights. You give us a licence to display them in the game.
Availability
We try to keep the service running but cannot promise uptime, and we may change or discontinue the game. The game is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent allowed by law; our liability is limited to what the law requires.
